Monthly Refire Wisdom Circles
A sacred space to reflect, connect, and reimagine life’s next chapter
Teaching was more than a career—it was a calling. But what happens when the school bell rings for the last time? Retirement can be a season of freedom, but also one of questions: Who am I now? Where do I belong? How do I continue to live with purpose?
That’s why I created Monthly Wisdom Circles for Retired Educators—a safe and intentional space for teachers, counselors, and school leaders who are retired or thinking about retirement.
In these circles, we:
Open and close with simple ritual (a reading, candle-lighting, or moment of silence).
Use a talking piece so every voice is honored.
Listen deeply and compassionately—without judgment or interruption.
Speak from the heart with honesty and courage.
Honor confidentiality, creating trust and belonging.
Unlike traditional support groups, these circles aren’t about fixing or giving advice. Instead, they are about awakening wisdom—within ourselves and each other.
Why Join?
Reflect on the joys, challenges, and meaning of retirement.
Discover new perspectives on identity, purpose, and legacy.
Connect with others who understand the unique transition from the classroom to the next chapter.
Experience the power of storytelling, silence, and shared wisdom.
Each Month, a New Theme
Every gathering focuses on a theme, such as:
Identity Beyond the Classroom
Harvesting a Legacy
The Courage to Begin Again
Living a Life of Gratitude
Belonging and Connection in Retirement
