Books:

Reading has always been a favorite pastime of mine, and I love to read all kinds of books – from mysteries and detective novels to books on aging and health. One of my favorite authors is Agatha Christie, and I love getting lost in the intricate plots and cleverly crafted characters of her books. I also enjoy reading books on health and wellness and am always on the lookout for new recommendations.

Hobbies:

One of my favorite hobbies is gardening. There’s something so satisfying about digging in the dirt and watching plants grow and thrive. I love to plant flowers and vegetables and spend hours outside tending to my garden. Another hobby that I enjoy is nature photography, especially capturing the beauty of sunsets and sunrises. There’s nothing quite like being outside in nature and capturing the perfect shot.

Favorite Foods:

As someone who grew up on the islands, I have a deep appreciation for the delicious flavors and spices of island cuisine. Some of my favorite foods include jerk chicken, rice and peas, and plantains. I also love seafood, especially fresh fish and crab. And of course, no island meal is complete without a refreshing tropical drink, like ginger beer and sorrel.
